Same here ... it felt like shin splints in my forearms. I just stopped doing that particular exercise and let it heal for a good while. Now I'm ok.

Yea.. I like the idea of the patch, time released etc, but Iodine? WTF.. If Iodine worked in weight loss we'd of know that a long long time ago. They could have at least put some ingredients that sounded good. I guess that's what they were going for with the Fucus Vesiculosus. lol..

Has anyone heard of or tried these diet patches? I did a little research, and they seem like BS to me. The ingredients are little more than Iodine or something. Just curious www-diet-patch-free.com if anyone is intrested. The claims sound outrageous so I figured I'd ask first. 3-7 pounds a...
