I was recommended to space them out. When I worked out at 5pm, I took 1 beast for lunch and 2 1 hour before workout. I could feel it kicking in hard at about 4:30 and was pumped to get to the gym.

Lol More people in Texas should go to the gym at home or elsewhere. We have a lot of fatties but it's getting better. Too much good Mexican food.

People are probably recommending it to newbs because it is an oral as opposed to an injectable.
