    That would probably explain things. I do a lot of cardio. Bill Starr's Power Routine is the one I do currently. Seems to work well but I change programs every few months. I like mixing things up. I'll check the diet boards out!

    Really I think Dr. McGill should stick to leg spin. I guess I'm the only cricket fan on here ;) I do both regular deads and speed deadlifts. Speed deadlifts are good fun and worthwhile for explosiveness and power.

    If you weighed 130lbs and deadlift 240lbs, is that good, average or poor relative strength? I hear people say if you are strong you should be able to deadlfit 2x your bodyweight. But a deadlift of 260lbs for a bodyweight of 130lbs doesn't sound right. Thanks all. First post on here so go easy!!!
