    Forged burner + Adderlin

    Personal experience: Forged Burner is a very nice appetite suppressant, I am up everyday at 3:30am, pop one of those, and I am balls to the wall for a good 2 hours. Helps me get some nice cardio workouts in there. It does make you sweat though! Good luck

    Hey bros, just an fyi post here, I have been trying epi-strong and unleashed for a little over a week now, 4 caps unleashed ed, and 2 caps epi ed. Starting to feel better, and get the desire to hit some weights hard again. The ole "schwanz" is working like a champ, never really had any problems...

    Right, but this is what he described as a "pellet" they make a small incision around your hip, insert this time release "pellet" in and its good for like 6 months. Im gonna have to check that out, sounds interesting.

    So as many of us know, as we age we start to lose that edge, that intensity we once had. Who has figured out a solution for this?! I am curious to hear some others response to this. Does simple test do it for you? Please share!:vanp:

    I hear often that running a cycle even a test cycle can bring out the sides more. Give some feedback on cycles while having a higher bf, like 15-20%. Also what is opinions on the effects of test to help put your body in a state to lose fat? Thanks for interesting info!:coffee:

    Man I eat the hell outa shrimp. I read it's high in cholesterol, but so are alot of things. Articles I've read say it's not so bad after all... My 2 cent..:cool:

    Low Carb soreness

    Well, don't think its over training. I didn't do much out of the ordinary, just wierd soreness with the lack of carbs. I added a few more carbs, maybe 20 - 30, and it took care of the extra long soreness. I guess it's from depriving your muscles? Thanks

    Low Carb soreness

    Have been doing a low carb thing for about 2 weeks now, I notice after I lift i am sore for days afterwards, which is longer than normal. Anyone else notice this?
