some days run 10, 100 yrd sprints
or 4, 200 yrd sprints

on workout days i take whey before and after my workout and casein before i go to bed
non workout days i take whey in the morning and in the afternoon and occasionally casein at night

i used to party and drink all the time before i started lifting hard...and now i've found when i drink my body feels like crap for about a week and i feel weaker and smaller...might just be in my head but i quit drinking altogether so i dont regress
