    I was getting ready for my last set of 5x5 squats yesterday. Finished wrapping up my knees, turned around and found a 19yo kid laying in the power rack under a loaded bar doing crunches. I had no idea what to do or say so I just stood there with a stupid look on my face.

    yes. the diet calls for 30-40% pro, 50-60% fatty acids and 30-40 grams of carbs, durring the week. carb loading on wekends. you think 20min of cardio a day would cut it...? i hate cardio haha
