it depends. i don't enjoy scrawny personal trainers trying to enlighten me with their techniques of mass building that obviously didn't work on them, just as much as i love hearing how to " GET RIPPED " from a trainer who's got more chins than a chinese phonebook.

Hack squats enable me to lift much more weight than the conventional squat, so I'm assuming it works not as many of the same muscles? I like sticking to the basics, but when the squat rack is taken, I find myself "hackin it".
Should i omit completely and just wait for the squat to be open...
its not the stretch mark that heavy people have when they lose a ton of weight. its on both sides of my traps, about 2-3 inches from my neck. its maybe a half inch purple squiggle. i dont get bummed out about its appearance cuz it makes me feel like im progressing in the gym!! haha. but yeah...
jump shrugs have definately been giving me thickness on my traps, i highly recommend it! wish i would have been doing them a while back. its catch up time now!
What are the best exercises? I guess powershrugs build up just the traps, and not the neck...so should I start doing neck bridges like wrestlers? Any advice or links to youtube clips would be really helpful.
