I am looking to give Westside training a shot.
My goals are 50% strength and 50% muscular development. Do you think that Westside would be a good idea or no?
I am thinking maybe just sipping on 1 serving with some Gatorade while I workout.
I take my Gatorade with glutamine and 1/2 tsp. salt now and I get awesome pumps just from that. I am assuming that a serving of Swole will make a noticeable difference?
You cant make these kind of blanket statements RippedUp. You cannot just say "this diet sucks." Unless you have personally tried it yourself and gained bodyfat while dropping lean body mass. Then you can make that kind of statement.

I am curious about 36 hours of eating isocalorically and then 12 hours of refeeding. What do you guys think about this? I am going be training every other day so I am thinking about maybe taking in around ~2000 calories isocalorically on my rest days. And then around 3500 on my training days...
What do you guys think about cycling your carb intake?
Maybe something like this:
Day 1: 100-125g carbs (around ~2000 calories)
Day 2: 250-300g carbs (around ~2500 calories)
Day 3: 400-450g carbs (around ~3000 calories)
