Age 25 weight 18 stone 4 pound done 1 cycle b4 sus and deca 2ml of each a week for 12 weeks my diet I basicly eat 6 large meals a day all with 60 grams off protien in or more and 4 shakes a day just seem to have hit that wall and can't seem to put any more mass on I am just about to try the 5x5...
