I had two discs, 5+6 operated on. They fused them and put 3 titanium plates in there. That was two years ago and I am 45 now. I lift heavy but know what I can and cannot do. The rule is if it is uncomfortable, don't do it. Your body will let you know.

I started when I was 35, I am 45 now. Tren makes my BP real high so I don't use it. I love Test in any shape or form. My Dad died of cancer at 55, my Mom is healthy at 75. I am taking 100mg of Prop 3x a week, Ethanate 400mg, and Deca 200mg a week. Working out always!

Isopure, you mean. I like it after workouts but still supplement with other protein drinks in morning and at night. Eat tons of food too

Has any one heard of the chemical, they use it in hog farming to make them very lean. It is called ractopamine hydrochloride or paylean. It is water soluable ans is out of the system quick.

No high level will clean your drive, you have to go low level like from the factory. There is no software that resides in Windows that will do it, there will be residual info.

Low level format and then reload Windows, that cleans things up, just save your info.
