Drill any move 100 times. So much thats its boring. Take TIME. Lotz and lotz of time.
Learn move, drill um. Roll. Take chances when you roll don't be afraid to tap, it's practice.

It can be really frustrating getting thrown in without some basic understanding of the game. Free rolling off the bat with NO understanding is not cool. Watch, listen, learn.

I wouldn't eat that late. When Im trying to drop pounds I do cardio on enpty stomach when I wake, eat last meal and cardio again. No food after PM cardio.
Def. need instruction and live drills....Don't take this the wrong way ATT is great but not the place to start. You need a smaller environment to start and grow into ATT.
