Don't know about the anticatabolic properties, but I do take it to improve immune system function. Best way to take it as far as I've read is 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off. I can vouch definately for the better immune response.
I've read many posts regarding NO2. The far majority of users report gain in muscle mass, and pumps that last for hours post exercise. This is one of the few supps out there that seems worth a shot. There are some websites making their own AKG, might want to check them out.
Could the bridge be done similarly w/ lets say 4AD? or similar? just wondering how much different would it be, and how it would affect test levels, especially after the whole "piggy back" statement was made.
tapering down your doses helps
increasing calories helps as well
i would suggest training the same however, w/ the same intensity to preserve your muscle gains.
creatine may help as well.
I believe supplements intended for GH release will only get you to your body's natural potential. To exceed that (which you and I would find most effective) you would have to inject HGH. But OTC GH releasers, you wont notice the difference.
Took up to 200mg 1 hour before bed... Didn't do anything at all to induce sleep. It's very expensive... and if it doesn't work at that dose, don't know at what dose it would.
zinc lowers copper levels. I just found a zinc supplement w/ 50mg of zinc and 2mg of copper. As far as the other minerals, many of them are as important or even more important than magnesium. A good multimineral is better choice for you.
