    I really think it was the overtraining, I haven't worked out since I started this thread .... and boy are those zzZZZZzzzz's coming back ... with a vengence ... Any tips on how to keep getting large gains?

    I guess you guys have made me come to the realization that my sleep problems are from overtraining, because in the past I have never had sleep problems. I'll cut back from 5 days to 3/4 days, and lets see how that works out, ... and to my understanding I really can't expect any gains if I am...

    My meals are pretty decent too, I am getting lots of chicken, eggs and milk ... bagles, brown bread, rice.... all the extra protein makes me really thirsty so I have a bottle of water with me where ever I go ..... Dead lifts and squats I really like them ... only wish I could bench more ...

    A friend took some accutane, side effects are that it really dries you sking up ... including your lips, and it can affect you psychologically ... so the question would be how badly is your acne afffecting you/ your social life ...... weigh it out ... and see if it's worth the psychological...
