I am a college athlete looking to improve strength and size without loosing my speed and agility. I have some T-Bol which I have used in the past. What would you all recommend stacking with it ? Thanks for your help.
really man cool i thought it was not that good. My friends brother is a strength coach at a university and he wrote us a 12 week program and my squat went from 405 to 445. I can send it to you if you want it.
i do not know anything about fed. or anything like that. What do you recommend? I like the idea of note using any equipment, but I will. I just do not have any. were do you think i would need to get to be competitive?
