full cheat day, sometimes 2. I'm a hardcore runner so I can get away with it. I guess i'd be losing 4lbs a week if I didnt have cheat days. I'm thinking of making one of my days a 'cleaner' cheat day though. I dont think i'd much of a social life (no hunnies) without letting lose on the weekends.

I do a variant of the diet, but I do my usual split of 5 days too. Back, Monday, Chest Tuesday etc etc. The diet is supposed to be protein sparing but I dont really feel comfortable working out only 2 days for all muscles. I suppose if burning fat was the only thing that matter it would work...
