I'm another rook! I'm 16 years old and I've been lifting for 8 months but I'm not sure if I'm doing things right because I'm not gaining a pound! Anyways, I love hockey and thats mainly why I train. I'm 6', 185 lbs. I love being outdoors. I'm new so I've got lots of questions!

I'd be in if I had a camera... By the way, how do you measure? Flexed or not? And for the chest, do you breath in or out? Cuz this can make a huge difference. And for thighs, the higher you measure the bigger so where?
