i used that stuff last summer and used 750mg's a week but i didnt like it because it made me retain ALOT of water and i looked very puffy.

it is underdosed and generally if it is sopposed to have 10 cc it will only have 9 or 9.5cc. but to be honest i loved the stuff and would use it again!
