well i knew id be drinking so i pretty much replaced my night time meal and my dinner with beer however i did have 2 turkey sandwhiches on whole wheat bread i figured i had 2900 calories yesterday ... aprox 800 from beer
this is a pretty good post thanks -- correct me if im wrong... that study is saying that last nite it just slowed my metabolism and hardly any of that beer was converted into fat therefore the once a week binging isnt going to be detrimental and make me fat?
last nite i had between 6-8 bud lights... can anyone tell me the calorie outcome of these aprox please.. and if those calories added to my daily cals were lower than my daily needs will it still be stored as fat.... i didnt wanna drink but ended up drinking a lot
basically just a snack wanted to buy somehealthy snacks to eat in class or between classes.... also there damn good! i wanted to make my diet consist of more of a variety than whole wheat bread fat free cheeses egg beaters tuna and oatmeal
