Well i started the diet at 245lbs. The 260 wasnt my normal walk aorund weight. I bulked up in between meets to gain strength. Manily water though. I was pretty bloated. And i stayed over 260 for just a short time. I did hang over 250 for awhile though. Again with a good bit of water weight...
The injury is gettign better as far as trainig goes. But i havent really tested it either. It wasnt a pec tear though, it was my bicep tendon in my delt. I popped it out of its groove. And the inflamation was ungodly! I havent flat benced since Nov. I am happy i can still train on it...

I agree bench shirts are out of hand. I mean i will always use one, but i know some people that are weak as shit and get big boosts from there shirts. I personally wouldnt give a shit if they banned all of them!! Because i dont believe that all big benchers with shirts would win raw meets...
Glen Chabot was the cleanest bencher. BUt i think he is done now. He tore his pec last week or so. From what i heard he is said his return is unlikely. Of course until you hear it from himself i wouldnt count anyone out.
