    i was feeling run down today.. came down with a cold this morning, but decided to lift anyway.. i warmed up, felt so-so.. went like this.. 45 x 6 95 x 6 135 x 6 165 x 2 185 x 1 205 x 1 (paused) shirt on 225 x 3 255 x 2 285 x 1 305 x 1 325 x 0 even with a cold i still got it :)

    Goal #1 is done :) Squats

    Squats- 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3 warmups felt great. form was tight...everything went up easier than usual threw the suit bottoms on 275 x 2, 315 x 1, 345 x 1 each one got closer and closer to parallel straps up, wraps on 375 x 1 easy... but 1/2 an inch above USAPL depth 405 x 1 sunk it, but...

    Nope, but i did have a good bench workout here's how it went Bench - 45 x 6 , 95 x 6, 135 x 6, 165 x 3, 195 x 1, 215 x 1 3 board 225 x 3 255 x 3 ( PR ) 275 x 1 ( PR , something is fucked.. last week my 4 board PR was 285... i got strong ) CG 135 x 8 155 x 8 175 x 6 Rows 135 x 9 155 x 8...
