Let me just cut to the chase and give you a quote directly from Paul Cribb (Ph. D, CSCS) Director of Research at AST Sports Science:
For a company to claim their supplement increases muscle strength, the promoters must have instigated or funded some kind of research that involved biopsy...
You and will obviously never agree on the validity of certain types of supplements, however I do have a major problem with your suggestion that I would lie about my experience with them. You said that a certain portion of my argument was a "cop out", which truly is hypocritical coming from you...
I was looking at that too. It looks like they met at a 4-star hotel. I'm sure all of those powerlifters fit right in when they came in through the lobby LMAO
Did you not read where I said I did an 8-week trial of the Lean Muscle Stack? I ran 4 weeks of the Phyto-Test stacked with Dermacrine, followed by 4 weeks of the Phyto-Test stacked with Sustain-Alpha. Are you calling me a liar? I actually still have the containers that I would be more than happy...

I agree. I would only add chin-ups, dips, and weighted crunches to that list. Stick with those core exercises, and the muscle will pile back on. Just be sure to get plenty of protein as well...
That's not true at all. I have great things to say about any of these products:
Optimum Nutrition Protein (Whey, Egg, and Casein)
Optimum Nutrition BCAA powder
AST Micronized Creatine
AST Micronized L-Glutamine
AST Multi-Pro 32X Multi-Vitamin
I'm sure there are many other brands of these 5...
