i noticed that alot of "bodybuilders" here are giving out wrong information to wannabes

its kinda like a bent over one arm dumbell row. be bent at a 90 degree angle with the free hand touching the GROUND right in front of your foot to keep balance and with the dumbell in the other hand pull it straight up on the path of your leg like perpendicular from the ground. feels great...

i dont see too many hits, and i understand because its a long read. but it shows how screwed up our perception of life is and how we dont even know what we are living for and why the universe is the way it is. they seemed to have answers we could only dream of 1000's of years ago.

by doing alot of research on the mayan prophecy it seems that the world has had major catastropheis about 4 times killing off most human life. seems that all the negative energy in the world especially not taking care of the earth will be just too much negative energy for the earth or universe...

i personally feel that anything above 10 percent bodyfat is not impressive and the body would lack detail and hardness and be too soft to be in a magazine or to walk on the beach
