and is it normal to be able to do more weight on a machine then free weights??
say u bench 200 with barbell and 250 with HS bench press??

I was doing dumbell for a couple weeks and then did bench with the bar and incline with the bar and WOW I was sore the next day (a good soreness)
If your not looking to compete or anything like that u can still get big without steriods right??
