    How many protein shakes per day?

    Seems like I read somewhere that your body can't process more than 33g of protein at once. Surely that must be wrong. Anyone heard anything along those lines? Anyways, I hit the shakes about 3x day.

    I agree, for someone that is 6'2" and 140, 2800-3000 calories a day are NOTHING. You probably burn that up walking down the sidewalk. You have a fast metabolism, and are a hardgainer. You better pump it up to about 6000 at day at minimum if you want to gain max size.
