    i totally agree with irish. it's a bitch to do regular GMs. after being planted to the ground with heavy weight once before, i don't think i'll ever do another 'regular' GM. the chains being setup helps sooo much. even if you just have the pins, that's better than nothing.

    you should be hitting the lats like 4-6 times a week. they are important. i don't do very much front delt work. it's not really a big deal. i do side/rear raises though to balance out the muscle. if i had the shoulder horn i'd use it as well.

    you dont HAVE to do reverse hypers. you can do sldl or romanian deadlifts. also you can do high rep partial deadlifts and back extensions. i don't have a reverse hyper YET.
