24-36 without sleep would just be a minor inconvenience. I have had some bouts with insomnia and after 4-5 days without sleep you can’t even drive a car, working the TV remote can be a challenge, you start to loose you’re short term memory and get very confused.

A few years ago I had a sleep schedule like that. My gym was so busy after work that I would go home and sleep for like 2-3 hours and them work out late at night, go home eat then sleep 5-6 hours before work.
