    What would be some good stuff to save money while I'm trying to lose bodyfat over time (not an intense cutting diet (I'll do that later)- I just dont need to bulk up anymore..) so far I've got - oatmeal - Tuna - fruit - veggies - any opinion on the low carb, high fiber pasta that has come out...

    a can of tuna has about 31g protein, around 14 per serving, but 2.5 servings in one can.. plus nothing else, except sodium.. unless you speak of a small can then i will shut up.
