depends on what was in the product, for me if it has Yohimbe & you take on an empty stomach you will get nauseous & may puke. Caffeine & ephedrine never bothered me on a empty stomach.

Your working out 7 days a week? Not sure what type of volume & intensity your using but this could lead to overtraining. Also what r ur goals? Strength, hypertrophy, etc.?
3 day splits are a thing of the past; read up on 5x5, HST or Dual factor hypertrophy training. Change the way you look...
Personally I go as high as 10-12 grams a day (3 caps x 4 meals) I buy the enteric (sp) coated ones so no fish burps. Another method is throwing them in the freezer, supposedly this will help with the burps.
