    Well my training is currently: mon _ shoulders and traps, tuesday_ back and biceps, wednesday_ legs to give my delt recovery, then thursday_ chest and tris. I go 8x5 for most workouts so take that into account. This has been working good for me. But if it comes down to that... Advice noted. Thanks

    Yea its not something i do often. Family gatherings and such but i hear ya... Sounds like people are mixed on what could have been the biggest reason i lost strength but i appreciate all feed back. On the positive side, shoulders are sore and they havent felt this sore in a while.

    Im getting between 1600-1800 calories a day usually. Macros are 50/40/10 on days i lift (protien,carbs,fats). Or 50/25/25 on days off.
