    I have the exact power rack. If your in the GTA area, before you buy from fitness depot, check out fitness source www.fitnesssource.ca i found there prices are cheaper then FD. There 300 pound set is cheaper then fitness depots price i know that. I don't think i've been to fitness depot...

    What else should I be using besides protein?

    Lots of Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, Steak, ect.... Along with lots of good clean carbs, your set, and training hard of course, mass and strengh will come. Supplements(besides whey) are a waste of $$$, IMO

    Thanks for the response guys. I'm in canada so i looked around at some canadian powerlifting sites, found some numbers, gives me something to work twards. super_rice-check out www.powerlifting.ca theres probably other sites but that was the first one i typed in.

    I think it looks good, i'm far from a expert, hopefully someone eles can critic the diet but it looks soild to me, maybe add another scoop of whey after your workout, but i like it so far.

    You do know there are weight classes in powerlifting right? take a look at some of the guys in the 165 weight class or 198.

    Thats all i do now, since it was gettin frustrating eating and not seeing results i dropped the cardio and now just walk. You'll get use to the felling fat part..lol But when the strength gains come and you notice your looking bigger its all worth it.

    If i can make 1 suggestion. I'd drop the cardio down abit, 2 times a week is plenty, especially since your bulking. I tried the bulking phase with 4-5 cardio sessions a week and really didn't gain jack. After i stopped doing cardio everything started to come together, and i was like you...
