Just look up on youtube how to mix it. It comes as powder in a vial and you mix x amount of bac water to get your dosage. Usually you would want to do 1cc=500iu. And pin 250iu on Mondays and 250iu on Thursdays (or whatever days you want). Or you can blast 1000iu/ week during the 2 weeks after...
