yeah, i wanted to start doing dips, as well as other things. i had a shoulder operation 2 &1/2 years ago and just started to get back into training about 6 months ago.
before i went back i went to a trainer who is also a physical therapist, to get a routine where i can keep my shoulder in tact...
which would hit the upper chest more. it seems i'm lacking a little in that area.
cables at top of bar or
cables at bottom (where my arms would start near my side and finish close to the front of my face)
consume it, right after mixing it. or, can you let it sit a while
i was thinking of making like 7 shakes at once. but, keeping 6 in the fridge for the rest of the week. will it still be effective? is there a difference?
?? on the product
is r-ala to be mainly used for cutting purposes.
i tried reading the whole thing and am tyring to understand. if it makes more of the carbs u eat go to the muscle. is it good for bulking then too?
you should definately check with a dr. 1st.
coming off a shoulder operation 2 years ago
some things you can do to decrease the chance of impingment (as told to me by a physical therapiast/personal trainer:
i do a warm up set of weighted internal/external rotator cuff exercises
milatary press...
anyone know where i can get one? store? website?
i want one to have around the house, plus the one in my gym is unstable.
i'm looking to spend no more than $50
thanks
