although the scale doesn't say any different... (I have been between 142-144 for a couple of months) I have been lifting and doing cardio intensly for 2 -3 mons.
so, something MUST be changing and I was able to fit into an old pair of (small) jeans... that is a good feeling :D
I heard a while back that squats and deads should be close
is there any truth in this???

for the most part i do my cardio in the morning but there are times when i don't get there so then have to do it later at the gym.
i also try to schedule it so that it (cardio) is on a non lift day...

I often do 30-45 mins of cardio right after lifting.
So far I have managed to slam protein inbetween
i was wondering if anyone else does this?

This is my 9th day of the PB diet.
It is going pretty well, although I tried it right b4 thanksgiving for 1 day and gave it the boot. I am actually really surprised that I made it this far with no cravings, and it's easy.
I'm 5'4, 143, BF=26-28%
(this was the 1st day I got BF test since...
this is my 6th day of the anpb diet!
Stats: 5'4, 143lbs, don't know bf% yet. I am going to get measured in the next day or so.
I tried it for a day right b4 thanksgiving, but I had a huge mental block. Decided to give it another try... here i am don't know if I can last 12wks though...
Kali: do you use a video or class? I do not have a schedule but I do occasionally follow a pilates video... I do cardio most mornings- would before or after be better for doing pilates?? :)
