kane: when you train the heavy bag/pads, etc. do you imagine a person there and look at the correct area when you throw your techniques? if you dont have your eyes focused on the right area when you practice it would probably happen in sparring too.

The initial pain of the injection I think is caused by the BA, but this soon dissipates as it is more water soluble than the cosolvent BB. I think if you don't use enough BB then you will get a longer-term pain as the depot crystalizes a bit when the BA is gone. I wouldn't reccomend going lower...
