i lost 7kgs in the first 2 weeks, over the next 2 weeks an additional 1kg...i was 130kgs at the start...that =fat.....the first 2 weeks i was extremely tired all the time but am now getting better...the diet is hard but i am in to it..am in to week 5 now.

but it could be planter F. or a heel spur....
Go see a podiatrist...they are experts in the foot
But be prepared..planter F. can be a biatch as u are on your feet most of the time giving the planter fascia little rest...
Broadly speaking, 'shin splints' occur when the tibialis anterior muscle is over-exerted in trying to prevent the foot from rolling in too far (excessive pronation), causing inflammation of the muscle.
In your case it seems it could be a chronic problem, or just that you have started running...
I am 6.0" 286lbs..I haven't had a bodyfat test but I think it would be high...I want to lose fat without losing to much muscle

2700cals 330g pro 177g carbs 74g fat
also an extra 500cal on weights days(4x week) due to an extra scoop protein and a twinlab ultrafuel after...
