    WATER....all the HYPE

Great post Shak!! I can't add anything else to that, but I can say that I really notice my energy levels are at a peak when I drink plenty of water during the day. If I end up not getting enough I tend to become sluggish and unmotivated. Down it like a pro!!! ---Mr. S---

What to eat and drink to clean system?

Cranberry juice is good, like eurorides suggested, but if you're watching sugar intake you're best bet is to stick to low-carb dieuretics (stuff that makes you pee) instead. You want to restabilize and clean out your blood stream, so the only way to do it is to drink tons and tons of liquid...

    Nuts!!!

Almonds!!!! One of my favorite snacks while on CKD :) ---Mr. S---

ways to flavor up green tea?

Maybe get some mint leaves, crush 'em up, and put them in the tea... Or you could go with lemon... Or you could try adding some other flavor of tea bag to the green tea when you make it ---Mr. S---

    Treadmill vs. Eliptical

I feel I can get a much more efficient workout with the elliptical, and being able to set resistance in addition to incline really makes a difference...plus I hate running :) ---Mr. S---

    Food Nutrient Info

I've also found that http://www.nutri-facts.com is pretty good too, although sometimes they're somtimes either too specific or too braod with their categories...but they have a shitload of food listings. ---Mr. S---

    Endomorph eating?

Euro, I'd suggest both...try to decrease the amount of carbs you're eating on off days and substitute the calories your losing from that with calories from fat. On the whole you might want to increase overall healthy fat consumption and watch how many carbs you're putting into your system...

    Critique this 5x5

I'm going to be kind of traditional and suggest that you not do arms all in one day, and put biceps with your back exercise and triceps with your chest exercise. Unless your goal is to work both muscle groups in your arms twice per week you might want to rearrange it so that you have the most...

    Endomorph eating?

Ditto for me... I'm currently on a low-carb/high-protein/high-fat diet, using olive oil and some flax as my main sources of fat, and it's worked great so far. It usually takes some time to figure out just how many carbs you can eat every day without it affecting how you look. The most...

    outer arms

Before I changed my routine I did Hammer Curls with a kind of variation... Instead of holding the dumbell so that it's vertical, hold it so that it's on an angle a little less than vertical (in between regular curl position and hammer curl position). This really hits the side of your arm a lot...

    Critique My Diet

How much fat do you have in your diet? Olive oil, as you said you were getting, has really helped me to get my bf% down. As far as the carbs go, just make sure what you're eating are low GI and healthy sources of carbohydrates. You're probably getting a bunch of carbs already without even...

    Diet needs a change!

I've found one of the best ways to really boost your fat loss is to include plenty of healthy fats in your diet and to substantially limit your carb intake. Try olive oil as your main source of fat...the mono-unsaturates will really help you shed the excess junk. Best of luck! ---Mr. S---

Why do most recomend no p/w carbs during CKD?

I think, provided you devote yourself to your workout and really get the muscles working, there's nothing wrong with some pre-workout carbs. However, post-workout carbs are not the best idea, as there's a much greater chance that they'll cause you to fall out of ketosis. ---Mr. S---
