its been a few days since ive posted but since noone seems intrested in this i think im going to stop doing these write ups. so far ive gained 3 lbs and maintained my bf%
day 4 and im noticing strength gains now. it was shoulder press and legs day. all of my shoulder workouts went up about 10lbs and my legs improved in several different ways. i am definately feeling alot more energy in the gym.
its day 3 and im starting to fell a difference. ofcourse my weight hasnt gone up, its only been 3 days but my pumps are much better, my intensity is higher and overall i just feel more productive in the gym. hell if nothing else this cycle could be good for focus and energy.
well im on day 2 of this and so far im hoping i get something out of this because its such an stack to take.
on the first day i did feel a better pump in the gym and i felt very motivated. according to my friend that gained the 15 lbs on this, he said it took a week till he noticed anything so...
ok, ive read several forums about zoe labs and everyone says that the products are good but you might as well use real gear. well i decided to try out a mass stack that zoe labs recommends and compare it to previous cycles ive done.

indian sprints to improve your time. i am as tall and weigh the same but with 14% bf and i run the 2 mile in 11 30ish. i dont know what spec ops your going for but in 04 i went through selection. the road march is the worst
