    about once a week or less and since I started bulking and getting back into my groove about 2 & half weeks ago I've packed on a massive .25inch on my bi's and 1/2in. on chest...whooo...weeeee. Alright seriously, I know thats nothing to brag about but it's cool to see my body grow again...

    Haha, exact samething happened to me. I thought man, it was hards as hell when I tried to nail the reps, but the day of the workout they weren't that sore, so I was like, oh well, that didn't work, but my god, the next day, I couldn't go to work.

    Mother's milk is geared in a way of 50% slow break down, and instant protein. I still drink it after workouts with choc syrup for sugar so the protein is used fast. This is why: See Mothers milk is really a advertising term. It's about 40-50% casein (long lasting protein or slow breakdown)...

    I was finally able to walk normall on Sun. Still kinda sore. It's where ( well what I did, hint hint, close to Nelson's, not plagirizing since I never bought anything) you do seated or standing (I did standing) calf raises with a weight that you can do for about 20 reps and instead do them...

    do you have a premise of % for the reps. Like 10reps @50%, 8 reps @65%, etc... and if I remember right, most of the weeks leading up to max day, the most (heaviest) that I would do is like 3reps at 80-90%. Does that sound right? Man, there's gotta be some articles somewhere, need to talk to...

    Pyramiding routine

    Hey, is anybody doing a pyramiding routine right now? When I weight trained in high school I did a pyramid up routine, just its been 3 years and I can't remeber what the reps/% of 1RM ratios are. And the reps/% for each day leading up to maxes. Hopefully somebody knows what I'm talking about...
