    I was on about 70 grams of adderall and about 1200mg of caffiene in a 12 hour period. no joke. I got an hour of sleep one night, waking up at 5am... then couldnt go to 'sleep' until 8am the next morning after. Fucked up shit. I was considering taking ambien but my heart literally hurt too much...

    Is it really as bad as people have said it is to mix the Creatine Monohydrate powder directly into the PWO protien shake? I can't get the creatine at all until about 45minutes after my workout becuase all I can bring to the gym is my protien shake. Can i mix them together?

    Egg whites are killer Expensive. I get almost all my protien from them protien shakes and dairy. Get creatine from supplement.

    I know of a few great protien sources and low-glycemic carb sources, but I am wondering if there is a good resource to find more. I am kinda sick of egg whites, oatmeal, deli turkey, 100% Wheat bread, and milk.

    Because in high school you have to look cool with what you eat *rolls eyes* I dont give a flying fuck when i am sitting there eating a pound of deli turkey at the store in front of 50 kids.. they can go ahead and be fat :)

    Yeah, doesn't seem to do much to energy at all. Strenth is a tiny increase I guess. Endurance nothing. Might help with trying to stay cut WHILE bulking.. if that is possible LOL
