    deads... and workout schedule

    I do mine on Back Day...right after a warm-up of Pull-Downs. Doing them early in the workout lets me go heavy as possible. Nothing adds low back thickness and muscularity like Deads do. MooseMan

    First week or so I was tired as hell. Having to sleep during the day along with getting a good 8 hours of sleep at night. 2 weeks in everything kicked into high gear and I was good to go. Cardio performance did go down but if you are bulking with D-Bol, cardio shouldn't be done too often IMO...
