I did that on purpose....thanks for the reply, I only drink it black 2 or 3 a day not like the west coast folks in Vancouver who drink 12-13 a day.

I cut down to 7-8% this summer on two cups of Timmy Ho's a day. I just used milk and sweetner,.

Calorie-wise, coffee is filtered water. The problem with it is all the SHIT people put in it, lol....

I take mine XL 4 milk 4 sweet and low.

America is seriously lacking in the quality donut department. I also miss Tim's being in the states 8 months of the year...good thing xmas isnt too far away.
