Love egg whites already on 1/2 cup oats in morning shake I eat 4 times a day was beef and chicken and brown rice just went to cod instead of beef and gettin most of my fat from whole milke I total 3 shakes a day
Would love help for what to take for max strength. Not very educated on roids. im 5'5" 135 train hard 5 days a week diet is good. Can someone throw be a cycle plan?
What would you think would be best for a 135#er for max strenght fast? Ive been poudin iron for around 2 years real serious the last half diet is on pretty strong for size hut ready for more. Can you help?
