calories
does this work? i should consume around 1500 - 1800 calories a day ok so would this work i have protein that has around 700 calories so if i take 2 servings that would be 1400 caloes then i would hav to consume 400 more calories??? or is that cheating by drinking protein OR DO I NEED...
ive been on the ckd for almost 3 months and ive been bored with it not too many choices of foods and the foods u do eat u get tired of them so this leads me to crackers i like crackers i can eat them all day long ,what would that do for me? is it anything near what a ckd diet does>?
im also on the low carb diet going on a month and whenever i load on carb i feel sick and i cant really eat that much carb cause i get stuffed quickly on carbs
i was wondering if i could use muscle milk on a ckd diet.... ive been doing the 20g or under of carbs for 5 weeks and muscle milk has 12g of carbs which 6g of it is sugar... does the whole 12g count towards the 20g? and if i have 2 servings which would be 24g would kick me out of ketosis?

which of them is better to achieve muscle mass and make your more stronger... well i work out here and there in the past year but i have been working out the past 3 weeks trying to build my chest and arms im 20 5'10" weigh 160... also its really hard for me to bench, i bench 125 a couple times...
