Yeah its gonna bulk up the sides slightly, so waste measurement will probably increase. But the benefit is you also get an overall toned midsection.
That is of course as long as you continue to incorporate the usual ab exercises.

The whole point is that you don't get hungry because you can eat all that you want. And spice it any way that you want for taste.
It is only a temporary thing!
But anyways. Thats me done. As I say not for everyone And certainly not for any long-term use.

I did say the diet causes loss of muscle and is not for everyone!! It does cause you to shed a lot of fat though. I actually speak from experiance on that one. And yeh you feel weak and a more long-term steady diet is far healthier.
