    what is the best meal or? routine for the most energy? Any input would be appreciated. I get a good amount of energy eating what i do and when. So im please and get the most energy out of it, but i guess as you all know the body is a Science and certain foods will give u more energy then others...

    do u stretch after your workout? if u don't you should i usually stretch after an intense workout and just put my mind in a state of total relaxation, just to release whatever tension i may have. Might also be things on your mind stress, if it's stress i would suggest taking things one at a time...

    try doing pushups. work yourself up from 3-4 sets and about 15-25 reps. just an estimate try mixing it up with intensity also. That works for me to firm it and lose the fat

    how do you achieve the middle area of your back, where u have that muscle definition running down along the sides of your spine? what type of routine,intensity,weight, rep/set should i use? i don't want to get too big but just have width with that middle running? any help would be greatful...thanks

    hey fellas everytime after a gruesom bicep workout, i get these cramps that come at some really funny times, such as when i am scrubbing to wash my hair. I get these cramps like wow, even see my muscles like spasing out. What is the cause of this and what can i do or take to prevent this?

    I just bought a nice pair or Asics running shoes with the gel, and my question for you is. Is it ok to workout LEGS and lift moderate to heavy on running shoes ex: SQUAT,LEG PRESS ETC.... will it deteriate the gel or shoe?
