I tried Shaving but when i do i get ingrown hairs all over the place and it really ticks me off. I tried nair for men and i got a huge rash so i cant go that way are there any other methods you guys know of?
Driving is the worst for me but i think roid rage only happens when you let it. If you dont let things get to you you'll be fine. I find im more moody or easily angered but i don't snap all the time.
You need to get some cardio in i know what you mean cuz im in the same boat just start running for 30 mins in the morning as soon as you wake up. This will cause your body to burn of the fat for energy seeing as your on an empty stomach. Also try shortening your workout 3 hours seems alittle...
I agree with Mustang the DETOUR bars are excellent not only in quality but taste aswell. Another one to try is U-TURN they are ok made by same company and an ok taste.
