    My right arm is about 1/2 inch bigger, but the weired thing is that my left arm is quit a bit stronger, whenever I'm doing one arm exercises I struggle a hell of a lot more with my right.

    Ultimate Goals

    Right now, I'm '5'8, 183, 9% bf. Hopefully in the next two years I can get to around 220 wihile keeping the same amount of fat. As long as I keep goin up, I'm gonna stay natural, but when I start to plataue a bit I'll start looking at my other options i.e. juice.

    Decline barbell press (little long)

    I'm one of those guys with shorts arms, and because of it, I don't really like doing decline presses with the bar because the range of motion is so short for me that it doesn't really sem like I'm working very hard. So instead I usually just use dumbells on decline with the ocaasional barbell...

    High Protein Cereals?...............

    I usually eat Vector too 'cause it tastes good and is high in protein. As for the carbs, almost any cereal you eat is gonna have a lot of carbs so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
