I just now got back in the gym this past week after breaking my ankle. I still can not do legs for a while. My question is seeing that i can not work my lower body out should i still take sups or should i hold off till i can work out my whole body?
I had to get 2 pins and 2 screws and part of the bone rewired Dec 16. I get my screws out next month. Im been very depressed about not in the gym and also how the first time back will feel. How long should i wait? What kind of exercises can i do to build it back up?
well here is my story i was on a strick diet to cut bf but now i ran in to a prob i have to be in bed for three months. I now a proud owner of two plates in the ankle and wired my fibua back together. Any possible way i can keep a diet up?
