    Rehab Question

    I saw an orthopedic doctor today. The problem is called "drop foot", and is caused by damage to the peroneal nerve. I have to get electrical treatment, along with a foot brace and a stretching regimine. I was wrong for thinking this was muscular.

    I didn't want to turn this thread into a discussion of NM's affiliations with proteinfactory. I think the major issue should be whether other people have experienced problems with proteinfactory's service and products. The consensus seems to be that about 25-50% of people on message boards...

    I don't side with 1fast400. I simply believe that 1fast400 is correct about proteinfactory. The 6-oxo study is definitely suspicious (266% increase in testosterone??? and the study only involved 6 people...). Still, I have no faith in proteinfactory and will never do business with them again...

    I've only used Allthewhey.com's unflavored isolate. It's great stuff. I use it in my PWO shake with grape gatorade, and it's excellent. I think Proteinfactory.com is a terrible, terrible company. I *do* believe 1fast400's study that proteinfactory.com's protein doesn't meet label claims...

    Thanks for the support. My lower back was KILLING me yesterday. It was muscle soreness, nothing to be worried about. I'm thinking that I'll just slowly increase the squat and deadlift weights and not throw in good mornings. My lower back should catch up.

    Yet Another 5x5 Journal

    I'm definitely thinking about separating the chest from the shoulder/back day. Any suggestions? Perhaps Back/Bis on Monday and Shoulders/Tris on Thursday instead? My diet is 2gm protein/lb, about 1.5gm carbs/lb and .5-1gm fat/lb. It's all clean food.
