    Tried two pills again today. Wasn't so bad. My heart was pumping a bit more than normal, which I would think is to be expected, but wasn't like last time. Think I just need to get used to it.

    I am gonna give it another go. Maybe it was a bad day? I don't know. My body is pretty used to stims in the form of caffeine, and I used to take Hydroxycut back in the day, just would never do either before doing cardio.

    Tried out the Lipoflame before running, and I think it is something I will have to get used to. My heart was beating so much more than normal, that it was a little surprising. I'm not gonna give up on it yet though. Most people only take it before cardio right? Or do they do it on off days as well?

    Forgot to mention, on most exercises I do 3 sets, 12 reps, increasing weight for each set. And also, I am 6'2, 198lbs.

    Wow, I was always told one body part is the best. I'll check out them stickies. I like taking supps though. . for some reason when I take them I am more pumped up to go to the gym and get that much more of an intense work out. It's partly a mental thing with me.
